Stocks
of major telecommunications companies are seen negative next week primarily due
to
continued
weak momentum in stocks and expected negative sentimentality in the broader
market with opinion polls. The Delhi elections will be held on Saturday and the
results will be announced on Tuesday. The Nifty is inherently seen negative and
could be even weaker if AAP wins. This could also push down the telecom stocks
further. Stocks of market leader Bharti Airtel Ltd were seen negative but still
outperforming its peers in the sector. Idea Cellular's stocks were also seen
weak taking sectoral cues.
